About The Position

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) plays a crucial role in patient care, working collaboratively under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN). This role requires accountability for adhering to the Ohio Nurse Practice Act, applicable regulatory standards, and institutional policies. Requirements

  • A valid Ohio Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
  • Current AHA BLS (American Heart Association Basic Life Support) certification.
  • Certified to administer medications.
  • A minimum of a diploma-level education.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • The ability to multitask effectively, even with frequent interruptions, while maintaining a pleasant demeanor.
  • Practical interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
