About The Position
Provides patient care within LPN scope of practice under the direction of the Registered Nurse.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Practical Nursing is required.
- Current state of Wisconsin Licensed Practical Nurse License required.
- American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare provider (BLS) or an AHA approved equivalent is required within 90 days of hire.
Nice To Haves
- Clinical competence and experience in the care of target patient populations specific to area of employment.
- One year of experience in an inpatient setting preferred.
