About The Position

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide home health care. The nurse administers skilled nursing services to patients who require intermittent professional services and teaches patients, families, and other members of the health care team. Services must be provided in accordance with physician orders and the established plan of care. The position requires a current state nursing license, at least one year of experience as a licensed nurse, basic technology skills, CPR certification, and the ability to drive reliably and safely.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school of clinical education.
• Licensed in the state where currently practicing.
• At least one year of experience as a licensed nurse.
• Basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.
• Valid state driver license.
• Maintain automobile liability insurance as required by law.
• Maintain dependable transportation in good working condition.
• Ability to safely drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions.
• CPR certification.

Nice To Haves

• Medicare home health or hospice experience is preferred.
• Experience as a licensed professional may be deferred with review and approval from the regional vice president for operations or regional director.
