About The Position

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is hiring a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse to provide home-based care. The LPN administers skilled nursing services to patients who require intermittent professional services and teaches patients, families, and other members of the health care team. Services must follow physician orders and the established plan of care. The role requires an active nursing license in the state of practice, at least one year of experience as a licensed nurse, CPR certification, and the ability to drive reliably to provide care.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school of clinical education.
• Hold a license in the state where currently practicing.
• Have at least one year of experience as a licensed nurse.
• Demonstrate basic technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.
• Possess a valid state driver license.
• Maintain automobile liability insurance as required by law.
• Maintain dependable transportation in good working condition.
• Be able to safely drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions.
• Possess CPR certification.

Nice To Haves

• Medicare home health or hospice experience is preferred.
