About The Position

White Oak of Burlington is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for our 7A–7P and 7P–7A shifts. We offer competitive pay, 12-hour shifts, strong shift differentials, and a collaborative nursing team. Your pay will be based on your years of nursing experience, recognizing the value experienced nurses bring. We provide hands-on, one-on-one training for those new to long-term care.

Requirements

• Current North Carolina LPN license in good standing
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Dependable and team-oriented approach
• Commitment to excellent resident care

Nice To Haves

• Long-term care experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents
• Administer medications and treatments
• Assess and monitor resident conditions
• Respond appropriately to changes in condition
• Complete accurate and timely documentation
• Communicate with physicians, families, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team
• Provide leadership and support to nursing staff
• Deliver compassionate, resident-centered care
