Requirements
- Current North Carolina LPN license in good standing
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Dependable and team-oriented approach

Nice To Haves
- Long-term care experience preferred, but not required
- New to long-term care? We’ll train you. We provide hands-on, one-on-one support to help you become confident and successful in your role.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents
- Administer medications and treatments
- Assess and monitor resident conditions
- Respond appropriately to changes in condition
- Complete accurate and timely documentation
- Communicate with physicians, families, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team
- Provide leadership and support to nursing staff
- Deliver compassionate, resident-centered care
