Requirements

• BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
• Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing or current home state license for multi-state license recognition "Compact State" obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled patient care and continuous assessment as a key member of the clinical team.
• Administer medications with precision while vigilantly monitoring patient response and safety.
• Perform essential laboratory tests and therapeutic services to ensure timely and effective treatment.
• Empower patients and families through clear education on disease management and holistic recovery.
• Ensure patient well-being through seamless communication and dedicated service to the Centerville community.
