About The Position

Responsible for the overall care of assigned residents and supervision of direct care staff in the community. The role helps implement and evaluate individual resident care plans, maintains nursing service objectives and standards of practice, and carries out physician’s orders. The position is located in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and is full-time, with a 7P–7A schedule.

Requirements

• Current, valid RN or LPN license.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Help implement and evaluate care plans for each resident.
• Maintain appropriate nursing service objectives, goals, and standards of nursing practice.
• Receive, transcribe, and implement physician’s orders in a timely manner.
• Report condition changes and events to appropriate parties.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
• Monitor compliance with infection-control practices.
• Investigate and document accidents and incidents.
• Supervise direct care staff in the community.
• Provide overall care for assigned residents.
