About The Position
Centurion is seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join their team at Southeast Correctional Center in Charleston, Missouri. The LPN will provide holistic nursing care within their scope of practice to incarcerated patients, working under the direction of Registered Nurses and medical/psychiatric staff to address physical and behavioral health needs.
Requirements
- Missouri LPN license or ability to obtain license
- IV Certification Required
- Current CPR
- Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check
Nice To Haves
- Corrections experience not required
Responsibilities
- Provide holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients.
- Work under the direction of Registered Nurses (RN) and medical and psychiatric staff.
- Respond to a range of physical and behavioral health needs.
