About The Position
BAYADA Home Health Care is looking for LPNs to join their Delaware County Skilled Nursing team. They believe clients and their families deserve the highest quality care delivered with compassion, excellence, and reliability. This role offers traditional shift types (8s or 12s) with hands-on care for one client, allowing for relationship building and milestone observation. Client age ranges from infant to geriatric. BAYADA emphasizes taking care of their nurses as much as their nurses take care of others.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
- A current nursing license in good standing in the state
Responsibilities
- Caring for patients one-on-one
- Hands-on care with one client
- Building client relationships and watching their milestones
