Requirements
- Current NYS LPN license in good standing
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Dedication to providing resident-centered, compassionate care
Responsibilities
- Provide quality nursing care under the supervision of an RN and nursing leadership
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by providers
- Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes promptly
- Support and guide CNAs in providing daily resident care
- Document care and maintain accurate medical records
- Build meaningful relationships with residents and families
