About The Position
HomeFirst Home Health is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join their Private Duty home-health team. This role involves providing one-on-one patient care and family teaching in the home setting. Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse educational program.
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse / LPN license within the state of practice.
- Minimum of one (1) year of Licensed Practical Nurse experience in private duty, home health, hospice, hospital, or skilled nursing facility.
Nice To Haves
- Previous private duty and/or home healthcare experience preferred.
Responsibilities
