About The Position

Signature Orthopedics by Sheridan is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join their newly opened orthopedic clinic in Grand Rapids. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a growing clinic from day one, helping build workflows, shape patient experience, and support high-quality orthopedic care in a modern setting. The role offers the chance to be part of a new clinic launch and growing specialty service line, working in a modern, newly opened facility. The LPN will help shape clinic workflows, culture, and team collaboration, with opportunities for growth as the clinic expands. Requirements

• Current Michigan Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license required
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinic environment
• Team-oriented with a positive and professional approach

Nice To Haves

• Previous clinic or outpatient experience preferred
• Orthopedic experience not required—training provided
• Strong communication and patient care skills

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of providers and RNs
• Perform patient intake, including vital signs and medical history review
• Assist providers with orthopedic exams and procedures
• Support injections, splinting, dressing changes, and patient preparation
• Administer medications within LPN scope of practice
• Document patient care accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR)
• Coordinate patient flow, referrals, and follow-up care
• Educate patients on treatment plans and care instructions
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment
• Support a positive, patient-centered clinic experience
