Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for residents.
- Supervise and support CNAs, including participating in their evaluations.
- Oversee the Falls Program and Pressure Sore Program to promote resident safety and well-being.
- Provide nursing services and direct patient care.
- Conduct and document medical evaluations upon admission and throughout treatment.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support resident care.
