We are currently seeking the right individual to join our team as a Full-time, Licensed Practical Nurse, that will serve primarily in our memory care community. Requirements

  • Possess a current LPN license in the state of Washington
  • Have a genuine interest in caring for elderly residents and working in a geriatric environment
  • Be able to maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, staff members and visitors
  • Have attention to detail and clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Enjoy being part of a team, as this person will work closely with a team of nurses and clinical staff
  • Must exemplify the Touchmark values of Excellence, Teamwork, Hospitality, Integrity and Compassion
  • Possess a willingness to continue learning and improving skills, as well as a commitment to confidentiality

Nice To Haves

  • 3-5 years of experience working in geriatric care is preferred
  • Committed to and passionate about 100% customer satisfaction

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring our residents receive the highest level of dignity and care.
  • Taking the time to be a positive presence in the lives of residents and their family members.
  • Design and implement care plans for each resident.
  • Help oversee the care staff and assist them in making educated care decisions.
  • Process care plans and other required documents in an efficient timeframe.
