About The Position
Lutheran Life Villages Anthony Campus is seeking compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our In-House Pool (IHP) team. This position offers flexibility while providing the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.
Requirements
- Current Indiana LPN license in good standing.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to provide quality resident-centered care and work effectively as part of a team.
- Minimum of 16 hours per month.
- Commitment to work one major holiday and one minor holiday per year.
Nice To Haves
- Long-term care experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
- Monitor and document resident conditions.
- Provide direct nursing care and support resident wellbeing.
- Supervise and assist CNAs and QMAs as needed.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and team members.
