Requirements

• Must have and maintain an active, unencunbered LPN license.
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component).
• TB skin test (current within last 12 months).
• Six months prior hands-on nursing experience.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver homecare to children and adults.
• Achieve outstanding clinical outcomes.
• Work with patients from a place of heartfelt compassion and empathy.
• Perform electronic documentation.
