About The Position

This is a per diem position for a Licensed Practical Nurse. New graduates are welcome to apply. The role involves delivering nursing care in accordance with PrimeCare Medical (PCM) Policies and Procedures, ensuring compliance with established nursing standards and scope of practice limitations. The nurse will function as Charge Nurse in the absence of Head Nurse or Assistant Head Nurse and provide comprehensive nursing care while observing and maintaining security requirements. Duties are performed under the supervision of an RN pursuant to protocols established by the Medical Director.

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited School of Practical Nursing.
Licensed to practice nursing in the state in which the facility is located.
Ability to communicate effectively.
Ability to function under supervision.
Demonstrate clinical competency.

Responsibilities

Deliver nursing care in accordance with PCM Policies and Procedures.
Ensure that nursing practice complies with established nursing standards, and scope of practice limitations.
