Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Licensed by the Kentucky Board of Nursing as a licensed practical nurse
- Current CPR certification
- LPN (Required)
- CPR Certification (Required)

- Ability to commute/relocate: Louisville, KY 40205 and 40206: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Responsibilities
- Provide preventative, therapeutic, and rehabilitative nursing care
- Administer medications and treatments and monitor resident responses
- Observe and report changes in condition to the care team
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and medication records
- Communicate with residents, families, physicians, and team members
- Support nursing assistants and promote teamwork on the unit
- Respond calmly and effectively to emergencies
