Requirements

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
• Ability to work safely in a senior living environment

Nice To Haves

• Prior assisted living, long-term care, or senior living experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Administer and document medications in accordance with physician orders and state regulations
• Ensure timely medication administration and assist with prescription ordering as needed
• Communicate with physicians, pharmacies, and healthcare providers regarding resident care needs
• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support
• Respond promptly to resident emergency call systems
• Supervise and support Resident Assistants (RAs) and promote a positive team culture
• Assist with resident care coordination under the direction of the Resident Care Director
