About The Position

Rocky Mountain Care - Evanston is seeking an LPN to work in its five-star skilled nursing facility. The position delivers care to a group of residents in a nursing unit, including assessing resident needs, developing individual care plans, and administering nursing care. The LPN also supervises Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and other personnel in the delivery of nursing care. Requirements

Current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse in Wyoming.
Clinical assessment skills sufficient to meet the job requirements.
Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant.
Knowledge of nursing and medical practices and procedures, and laws, regulations, and guidelines pertaining to long-term care.
Effective interpersonal skills and ability to work with an interdisciplinary care team.
Basic understanding of computer technology, including email use.
Written and oral communication skills.
Decision-making and analytical skills.
Ability to relate positively and cooperatively with employees, residents, family members, and personnel of outside agencies and organizations.
Positive attitude and desire to work with the aging population.
