About The Position

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides direct and indirect patient care services requiring clinical competence within the scope of practice and in accordance with state requirements. In collaboration with the healthcare team and under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN), the LPN helps maintain safety, provide patient comfort and care, and improve the overall patient experience in the MST setting. The position is in Emergency Services at Olympia Fields Hospital in Olympia Fields, Illinois. It is full-time, day shift, scheduled 7 a.m.–7:30 p.m.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license.
• IV certification and Blood Withdrawal (BW) certification within 90 days of hire.
• Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintained thereafter.

Nice To Haves

• Work experience in health care is preferred.
