Requirements
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Colorado or a compact state.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.

Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents in our skilled nursing facility.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and within your scope of practice.
- Monitor residents' conditions, including vital signs, and report changes appropriately.
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of nursing care.
- Collaborate with the nursing team and other healthcare professionals to coordinate resident care.
- Promote resident safety, comfort, independence, and overall well-being.
- Help maintain a positive, respectful, and resident-centered environment.
