About The Position
BAYADA is hiring compassionate LPNs to support a pediatric client in Franklin and Shelbyville. This role offers the opportunity to work independently, enjoy flexible scheduling, and build a meaningful connection with your client. You will be backed by 24/7 clinical support and receive weekly pay. BAYADA provides skilled, one-on-one care to clients of all ages, from pediatrics to geriatrics, with a wide range of acuity and clinical needs, supporting clients in their homes. The company offers efficient onboarding, personalized paid training including SIM labs, skill-building, ongoing clinical support, and electronic charting through Statewise.
Requirements
- Active LPN license (Licensed Practical Nurse) in the state of Indiana
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 home care to clients.
- Build meaningful relationships with clients.
- Deliver personalized, high-quality care.
- Utilize electronic charting through Statewise.
