Requirements

• Active LPN license (Licensed Practical Nurse) in the state of North Carolina
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, reliable care to individuals who thrive with the stability of home-based support.
• Provide 1:1 care to clients of all ages and acuity levels.
• Perform efficient onboarding that works around your availability.
• Utilize user-friendly electronic charting through Statewise.
