About The Position

BAYADA Pediatrics is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide 1:1 home care for children in the Winston-Salem / Greensboro Metro area. This role focuses on helping children thrive in the comfort of their homes. The position offers weekly pay, flexible scheduling, and a supportive team environment.

Requirements

Active LPN license (Licensed Practical Nurse) in the state of North Carolina
Graduation from an accredited nursing program

Responsibilities

Provide 1:1 home care to pediatric clients.
Help children thrive in their homes.

Commitment Bonuses: $5K-$10K depending on commitment
Fast Track Bonuses
$28–34/hour in Piedmont Triad Area (including weekend and overnight differentials)
$35/hour flat rate for Premium Night Shift Team (T/V case required, plus just 1 weekend shift/month and 1 holiday/year)
