About The Position
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) in North Carolina to provide one-on-one care to clients of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels. Many clients require advanced care such as tracheostomy and ventilator management. BAYADA offers paid training to prepare nurses for this unique and rewarding environment, prioritizing their skillset confidence and knowledge. The role emphasizes flexibility, supportive culture, and making a difference in clients' lives by providing care in their homes.
Requirements
- Active LPN license (Licensed Practical Nurse) in the state of North Carolina
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one care to clients in their homes.
- Care for people of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels.
- Manage advanced care needs such as tracheostomy and ventilator management.
- Utilize electronic charting through Statewise.
Benefits
- $30–32/hour in North Carolina (depending on commitment and shift)
- One on one care
- Full-time, part-time, and PRN (minimum commitment of 24 hours/month)
- Daytime and Overnight Shifts
- 8-hour, 10-hour, or 12-hour shifts
