About The Position
Centurion is seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join their team at West Tennessee State Penitentiary in Henning, Tennessee. The LPN will provide comprehensive healthcare services to incarcerated patients, including holistic nursing care within their scope of practice. This role involves working under the direction of Registered Nurses and other medical/psychiatric staff to address both physical and mental health needs.
Requirements
- Tennessee LPN license or ability to obtain license
- Current CPR certification
- Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check
Nice To Haves
- Corrections experience not required
Responsibilities
- Provide holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients.
- Work under the direction of Registered Nurses, medical, and psychiatric staff to respond to a range of physical and mental health needs.
