About The Position
BAYADA is hiring compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to support 1:1 clients in Winona and nearby towns. The role involves providing nursing support to a 6 1/2 year old patient who is described as a fun, spunky Kindergartner. The patient enjoys school, music, light-up toys, sensory input like swinging and walks, and treats like smoothies and frappes. This position offers flexible shifts, weekly pay, and the chance to make a difference in the community.
Requirements
- Active LPN license (Licensed Practical Nurse) in the state of Minnesota
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 nursing support to clients in their homes.
- Care for a 6 1/2 year old patient during the school year and summer.
- Administer nursing care according to client needs and physician orders.
- Utilize electronic charting through Cubhub.
- Participate in paid training and skill-building opportunities.
