About The Position
BAYADA is hiring compassionate LPNs to support 1:1 clients in Winona and nearby towns in Minnesota. This role offers flexible shifts, weekly pay, and the opportunity to provide comfort and stability to community members. Specifically, there is a need for nurses to care for a 6 1/2 year old patient who is described as a fun, spunky Kindergartner requiring nursing support during the school year and summer. The child enjoys school, music, light-up toys, sensory input like swinging, walks, smoothies, and frappes.
Requirements
- Active LPN license in the state of Minnesota
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
Nice To Haves
- Experience with pediatric care
- Experience in home care settings
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 nursing support to clients in their homes.
- Care for a 6 1/2 year old patient requiring nursing support during the school year and summer.
- Administer care in accordance with client needs and BAYADA's standards.
- Utilize electronic charting through Cubhub.
- Participate in paid training and skill-building opportunities.
- Receive 24/7 clinical support and mentorship.
