About The Position
BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for 1:1 home care in Asheville and surrounding communities in North Carolina. The role offers flexibility, consistent support, meaningful client relationships, and a schedule that puts the nurse in control, with the added benefit of weekly pay. The position serves local communities across North Carolina, including specific counties around Asheville and Hickory. BAYADA is an accredited, regulated, certified, and licensed home health care provider with 50 years of experience.
Requirements
- Active LPN license (Licensed Practical Nurse) in the state of North Carolina
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 home care to clients of all ages and acuity levels.
- Utilize electronic charting through Statewise.
- Engage in personalized, paid training, including award-winning SIM labs.
- Build skills to prepare for a wide range of clients and acuity levels.
- Receive 24/7 clinical support and ongoing mentorship.
