This is a part-time position averaging 24 hours per week, working the night shift from 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM. The role involves observing, evaluating, and charting patient behaviors, symptoms, and reactions to treatments and medications. Responsibilities include responding to patient needs, administering therapies and treatments, documenting care, collecting lab specimens, and administering medications while monitoring for adverse reactions. The LPN will also assist Registered Nurses in developing and implementing care plans, participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, review charting, and prepare patients for examinations. Additionally, the position involves monitoring and training direct care staff and potentially acting as an assistant to the charge nurse.
