About The Position

Full Life Care is a not-for-profit organization, incorporated in 1980, dedicated to improving the quality of life for adults and their caregivers. They help adults of all ages with chronic illnesses and physical or developmental disabilities regardless of their income. This role is an opportunity to join their team and make a difference in the lives of individuals every day. The organization serves over 3,000 adults with limited abilities and their caregivers each year throughout Washington’s Puget Sound area. The hourly rate for this position is $29.00 to $36.57 per hour DOE. This position is represented by SEIU.

Requirements

Be a graduate of an accredited LPN Program
Have an active LPN license in the state, in good standing
Have knowledge of DHS Regulations
Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work well and collaboratively with team members and external individuals.
Completion of a background check, drug screen.
Other pre-employment screenings may include physical, TB test, and fingerprinting per state/local guidelines.

Nice To Haves

Experience in a Nursing Home (Assisted Living or Long-Term Care preferred, but not required)
Have flexibility, able to work the occasional weekend/holiday as needed.

Responsibilities

Provide compassionate and effective care and treatments to our residents.
Work with a team of professionals to ensure the residents comprehensive needs are met.
Review routines, calendar of events and resident needs
Ensure medications and supplies are ordered, in stock and counted
Ensure all charting and record keeping is accurate and complete
Attend meetings and trainings as required.

Perform other duties as assigned.
