About The Position
BAYADA is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide 1:1 in-home care in Decatur and surrounding communities in Indiana. This role offers flexibility in scheduling, allowing nurses to build meaningful, consistent relationships with clients and work at a pace that prioritizes client focus. The position includes 24/7 clinical support and weekly pay, with fast-track hiring incentives available for quick onboarding. BAYADA serves clients of all ages, from pediatrics to geriatrics, with diverse clinical needs, supporting them in their homes.
Requirements
- Active LPN license (Licensed Practical Nurse) in the state of Indiana
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 in-home care to clients of all ages and acuity levels.
- Build meaningful, consistent relationships with clients.
- Deliver personalized, high-quality care.
- Utilize electronic charting through Statewise.
