About The Position
Concierge Home Care is hiring a Home Health Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the St Petersburgh, FL area. This role offers the opportunity to take control of your schedule while providing meaningful one-on-one care in patients' homes. The coverage area includes South Pinellas, Largo, Seminole, and St Petersburg, FL, with territories designed to minimize drive time through clustered scheduling. The position emphasizes flexibility, autonomy, and a better work-life balance compared to traditional hospital settings.
Requirements
- Active, unencumbered Florida Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
- CPR certification

Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse
- Perform patient assessments and assist with care planning
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Educate patients and caregivers on disease management and care plans
- Monitor patient condition and report changes to the supervising RN
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Complete documentation using streamlined, AI-assisted tools
