About The Position
Our Manchester Office is interested in a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) who has a passion for pediatric and adult care to join our Skilled Nursing team. We believe our clients and their families deserve the highest quality care delivered with compassion, excellence, and reliability. Our veteran in Windham has short am shifts available- 7a-12p and a VERY enhanced rate $2000 Bonus for 30+ hours per week commitment- day and night shifts available! Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
- A current nursing license in good standing in the state
- Current CPR Certification
Responsibilities
- Travel to one client home near you on a schedule you choose
- Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
- Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions
- Document observations, interventions, and evaluations
