As an LPN for North Suffolk Community Services, you will provide medical and regulatory oversight (DDS regulations and MAP policy) as well as support to residential programs. The LPN is responsible for overseeing health care services provided to individuals, complying with applicable regulatory requirements and standards in the performance of registered nursing duties. This role is responsible for all medical follow-up and supervision of C.N.A. staff. This position may be assigned to one specific program or visit multiple programs, depending on programmatic and client needs.
