About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is a non-profit organization that has been in operation for 50 years, providing stable employment for its nurses. They offer one-to-one client care in a private duty setting, which involves full shifts (8, 10, or 12 hours) with a single client per shift, minimizing commutes. The organization serves clients with various diagnoses including TBI, SCI, COPD, Stroke, Dementia/Alzheimer's, Premature Birth, Cancer, and surgery recovery. LPNs/LVNs with experience in hospitals, long-term care, and schools possess directly transferable skills for this role.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program.
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state of Minnesota.
• Directly transferable skills from hospital, long-term care, or school nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one client care in a home health setting.
• Work full shifts (8, 10, or 12 hours) with a single client.
• Manage care for clients with diagnoses such as TBI, SCI, COPD, Stroke, Dementia/Alzheimer's, Premature Birth, Cancer, and surgery recovery.
