About The Position
BAYADA is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide 1:1 care across the south metro in Minnesota. The role offers clinical mentorship, paid training, and the flexibility to build a schedule that supports both personal and professional goals. BAYADA serves local communities across the state, with clients in various metro areas and beyond, including Minneapolis, St. Paul, Western Twin Cities Metro, Eastern Twin Cities Metro, Southeast Metro, St. Cloud Metro, Duluth and Iron Range, and Moorhead.
Requirements
- Active RN license (Registered Nurse) in the state of Minnesota
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 care to clients of all ages and acuity levels.
- Utilize electronic charting through Cubhub.
- Participate in efficient onboarding and personalized, paid training.
- Engage in skill-building to prepare for a wide range of clients and acuity levels.
- Receive 24/7 clinical support and ongoing mentorship.
