About The Position
Blue Ash Health & Rehab, LLC is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in Cincinnati, OH. This role involves providing compassionate and quality nursing care to our residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Requirements
- Current and valid LPN license in the state of Ohio.
- Strong knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.
Nice To Haves
- Proven experience working as an LPN in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the delivery of nursing care to residents under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians.
- Monitor and document patients’ health status, including vital signs and any changes in condition.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments accurately and safely.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Provide support and education to residents and their families regarding health and wellness.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records in compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
