About The Position

As a Licensed Practical Nurse at Rennes, you will provide quality resident care through nursing assessments, developing individualized care plans, and evaluating resident outcomes. This is a PM-shift position at RHRC Weston in Weston, Wisconsin.

Qualifying RNs and LPNs may be eligible for assistance through the federally funded CMS Nurses for Nursing Homes program: up to $40,000 in student loan repayment assistance plus an approximately $10,000 cost-of-living stipend, adjusted by location, with quarterly payments over a three-year employment commitment. Eligibility requirements and restrictions apply. This program is not a Rennes Group-sponsored benefit; participation and benefit amounts are determined by the program.

Requirements

• Diploma from an accredited school of nursing.
• Active RN or LPN license in the state of Wisconsin.
• Understanding of and ability to comply with federal and state regulations applicable to nursing homes and the Nurse Practice Act.
