About The Position

They offer a $5,500 sign-on bonus for eligible new full-time employees hired by October 31, 2026, with bi-weekly bonus payments starting after orientation. A student loan forgiveness program is also available. Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing (LPN) program.
  • Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
  • Strong clinical, communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
  • Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing exceptional resident care.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous long-term care, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed while monitoring residents for therapeutic effectiveness and adverse reactions.
  • Obtain and accurately record vital signs and other clinical observations.
  • Assess, monitor, and document resident conditions, reporting changes promptly to Registered Nurses and physicians.
  • Maintain complete, accurate, and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in developing and implementing individualized resident care plans.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members.
  • Provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing care while promoting dignity, independence, and quality of life.
  • Supervise and collaborate with Certified Nursing Assistants to ensure exceptional resident care.
  • Respond appropriately to emergencies and changes in resident condition.
  • Follow facility policies, state and federal regulations, and infection prevention standards.
