Shore Acres Care Center is undergoing a renewal and is seeking compassionate clinical team members. This is an opportunity to help shape a fresh start in a newly updated environment with a leadership team focused on clinical excellence and a culture centered on teamwork and respect. The facility is re-opening after temporary closure due to hurricanes and is building a strong workplace culture from the ground up.
Requirements
- Active Florida Nurse license
- Valid CPR certification
- Ability to learn and navigate Point Click Care
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Compassionate, resident-centered mindset
- 1 year experience
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
- Monitor resident conditions and respond proactively
- Maintain thorough, compliant documentation (Point Click Care)
- Supervise and support CNAs during daily care activities
- Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams
- Foster an atmosphere of warmth, dignity, and compassion
