About The Position

Diversicare is seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide resident care on a 7 a.m.–7 p.m. schedule. The role supports Diversicare’s mission to enhance lives through outstanding healthcare and offers opportunities for clinical career advancement, including progression to LPN Charge Nurse, LPN Nurse Supervisor, and Unit Manager. Nurses work alongside a dedicated healthcare team and have access to continuing education and professional development resources.

Requirements

• Current LPN or LVN license issued by the State Board of Nursing.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with patients, physicians, and fellow team members.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to residents and positively influence their lives and well-being.
• Oversee daily nursing operations, including medication administration and resident support.
• Supervise CNAs and guide them in delivering quality care.
