Requirements

Completion of an accredited practical nursing program.
Current, valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
Strong clinical skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Passion for delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient-centered care including medication administration and monitoring vital signs.
Assist patients with daily living activities, ensuring comfort and safety.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Educate patients and families on health management and prevention.
Maintain a clean and safe environment following infection control standards.
