Currently, we are in need of experienced LPNs that are ready to set their own schedule and take charge of their career in healthcare to assist Care PRN with staffing a facility in Wayne, Oakland and Macomb county.

Requirements

Must have LPL License/certification
Must have BLS License /certification
Must have LVN License/ Certification
Must have previous experience as a LPN
Must be able to provide 2 Step TB skin test/ Tspot results, covid vaccination, flu vaccination, and photo ID
Must be able to pass a background check
Reliable transportation
Ability to adapt and have confidence in multiple healthcare settings

Responsibilities

Collect information for the case to report to case manager
Accurately monitor and track clients’ overall health and medical history during every visit
Take and record measurements of blood pressure, temperature, heart rate etc.
Change bandages, wound dressings, and catheters, among other related healthcare tasks
Verify clients are taking the correct dosages of medications
Remain on-call for clients who have healthcare emergencies
Will be working under and RN
