About The Position
Cooper River Post Acute is a 176-bed skilled nursing facility in Mount Pleasant, SC, seeking passionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join their team. The facility values relationships within the community, with colleagues, and with residents and their families. They are looking for individuals who want to make a difference in the lives of those they serve.
Requirements
- Active, unencumbered South Carolina LPN license.
- Nursing Degree from an accredited College/University.
- Current CPR certification.
Nice To Haves
- Experience as an LPN in Long Term Care (LTC) preferred.
- Experience with PCC preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to residents.
- Maintain all required continuing education/licensing and remain in good standing with the State Board of Nursing.
Benefits
- $28-33 p/hour
- Shift Diffs: $2/hr Nights and $4/hr weekend
- 12 Hour shifts: Days (7a-7p) & Nights (7p-7a)
