The LPN will assess resident status, recognize problems, recommend solutions, and respond effectively in emergent situations, ensuring the health, comfort, and safety of residents. Responsibilities include contributing to resident assessments, administering medications and treatments, providing technical support, documenting interactions and outcomes, and counseling residents and families on prevention and treatment plans. The role requires effective working relationships with residents and healthcare providers, collaboration within an interdisciplinary team, and clear communication with confidentiality.
