Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse program.
- 1 year experience in a hospital, nursing home, home health, or experience working with terminally ill patients.
- Active and unencucumbered Licensed Vocational/Practical nurse license in state(s) of employment required.
