Requirements
- Current Oklahoma Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license required.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification through the American Heart Association required.
- Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Demonstrated commitment to compassionate, resident-centered care.
Nice To Haves
- Minimum of two (2) years of nursing experience, including charge nurse responsibilities, preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care in accordance with individualized resident care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed while maintaining accurate documentation.
- Monitor resident conditions and promptly report significant changes to physicians and appropriate team members.
- Supervise and support CNAs, CMAs, and other assigned staff to ensure coordinated resident care.
- Conduct routine resident rounds to promote safety, comfort, and quality outcomes.
- Maintain effective communication with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, safety standards, and organizational policies.
